The whole team at PaySmart is rock stars and so accommodating. My company…[in] 7 years we have never been disappointed. Josh is always extremely helpful and prompt, as we have had up to 55 apartments with them at one time. When you use them I promise you want be disappointed, as they are the best in the business!
Reserving hotels and packing/unpacking got to be draining as I had a new job and had to be there all week. I tried to rent a furnished corporate apartment but I couldn’t find one that would be available for 6 months. The leasing agent from one complex suggested that I could get the same experience for less money with a regular apartment and PaySmart. Was she ever right. In a matter of days, I was moved into my apartment with everything I needed – furniture, TV, dishes, towels, cable, Internet, power and water. I decided that I wanted a piece of furniture for my TV and called them one morning and it was there when I got home from work. My cable was giving me trouble and they took care of it – again, called in the morning and fixed when I got home that night.
The level of service this company provided was beyond my expectations! They were quick to respond and very helpful in getting my son set up for his school – 350+ miles away! They look out for the students like family and make a mom feel so much better when you can not be there 24/7! Thank you again!
I am SO glad I came into contact with PaySmart USA. They have helped me and my family streamline our move from our house, to a temp apartment, and back into a new home. They took care of setting up our utilities, cable, and some other little things, and served as the middle person between myself and our furniture rental company. I hardly had to lift a finger.
